Shipping policy

Ordering is not open yet. The details below describe how VOUS delivery will work when ordering opens; we will confirm them here at launch.

Where we deliver: across the United Arab Emirates. International delivery is not offered.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery fee: AED 25 per order, and free on orders of AED 200 or more.

Gifts: a VOUS gift is packed as one parcel: four 250 g bags, the ivory gift box, sleeves and your card. Add the recipient’s address at checkout to send it directly to them.
